Meet Katie Wilson, RN
The person behind the research — a registered nurse and mom who built the resource she wished existed.
Katie started Lets Go Gluten Free because she knows firsthand how overwhelming the first weeks can be — the label-reading, the second-guessing, the quiet worry about whether a meal is really safe. She wanted one place where families could find clear, reliable answers instead of stitching them together from a dozen browser tabs and conflicting advice.
That nurse's standard still runs the entire site. Every guide is researched before it's published, every health claim is tied to a credible source, and every product we recommend is one she'd hand to a friend — including the ones we tell you to skip. No hype, no fear-mongering, and no judgment about how you choose to eat. Just practical, accurate help from someone who understands both the clinical side and the dinner-table reality of living gluten-free.
“Going gluten-free is hard enough. My job is to make your next step obvious — and remind you that you've got this.”— Katie Wilson, RN · Founder
